If your customer need transfer produced water which contains chlorine compound, Cheman TPR hoses are suggested.

LDHC V, LDHD FM, andLDHD S couplings are recommended to connect hoses.

Tips for choosing hoses for frac water transfer:
1. The smaller elongation rate, the better
2. Thick wall contributes to abrasion resistance.
3. The higher adhesion between jacket and cover or tube, the better
4. Asoe suggest 3:1 safety ratio for hoses. Bursting Pressure: Working Pressure= 3:1
